Great co-workers, bad management

Pros

I really like all of my co workers. They have great attitudes and I enjoy spending time with them even outside of work.

Cons

Leadership doesn't care about the employees. When you get promoted the slight increase in compensation does not match the massive increase in responsibilities.

Pros

Downtown location. Young aged group individuals. Company bonus. There are many extra-curricular activities available during different seasons. Community service work is offered from time to time

Cons

There's a lack of transparency with technical issues. The issues are not communicated with employees, therefore leaving tons of confusion. There's a "clique" atmosphere to the point "oh you're my friend therefore you will receive a promotion."

The company has a bright future and some good pieces in place to make it a player in the healthcare market. The benefits are average.

Cons

Review the internal management structure and get the correct people in the leadership roles who understand Consulting and the intricacies that go along with that approach. Overall, management is unprepared, untrustworthy, and highly underqualified. The company does not value its workers and due to the high percentage of remote workers there is very little oversight, growth channels, and an awful atmosphere of every man or woman for themselves.
