Toxic Environment and Weak Leadership in India Team

Pros

London Team is quite supportive Good work life balance Hybrid (WFO days can be reduced to make it more effective)

Cons

A team was recently established in Noida, but task and work management have been quite poor. Some tech leads display egoistic behavior and an unprofessional attitude, which has unfortunately resulted in some employees being fired.

Failure to act on employee suggestions and complaints further erodes trust and engagement. Leadership, especially directors, often employs internal politics, favoritism, and strategic alliances to advance personal agendas, resulting in biased decision-making, team divisions, and a lack of transparency in the company's direction.
