Great project exposure but collaboration is challenging

Pros

Large scale project exposure. Few famous brands in their portfolio, so you will be able to gain experience with big brands.

Cons

Timezone difference makes it difficult to collaborate across different region teams. Product is not that mature and cause quite a lot of problems for project teams to fire fight

- Flexible working environment - Lots of events & networking opportunities - Good manager in Asian office - Good pre-sales support - Friendly & supportive colleagues in Asian team - Opportunities to learn & grow if you're interested in the retail supply chain industry

Cons

- Overseas team is not very friendly & not willing to collaborate - Compensation could be better - Commission structure unfair to sales people in Asia but very advantageous to sales people in US/Europe - Annual leaves could be better - Abundance of strategies, company strategy unclear & changes often

We have a well-defined Git flow and CI/CD setups that keep things running smoothly and error-free. Code reviews are taken seriously here; I've learned a lot of best practices from senior team members. It's a very flat organization where even junior developers can chime in on architecture and feel heard.

Cons

New feature development often takes priority over system refactoring, leading to a slow pace in addressing technical debt within the legacy codebase.
