Pros

For me, there really wasn't any pros.

Cons

Low pay, they work you like a machine. They don't take care of their people nor care about their employees. I went home upset almost every day of the week due to how I was talked to and treated. and it was almost as if they enjoyed it and got a power kick out of it. It started affecting my family and home life. I dreaded waking up to go to that office. They treat their employees like children, give them no room to make their own decisions or learn. I am an extremely hard worker, I have been in leadership positions, and am thankfully in one now and would never treat my team the way they do. The CEO does not take the time to speak with his employees to see how they feel, despite working down the hall from them. I think the entire 2 years I was there he maybe said Hi to me once or twice and I saw him every single day. When I was interviewed I was asked really personal questions about my life, family, kids and marriage. You were not aloud to talk in the office, it was work work work work work with someone constantly breathing down your neck, literally. This was by far, the WORST company I have ever worked for. I am so thankful to be out.

Pros

I love working for TradeSTAR. I believe that management cares about it's employees. My operations manager is great to work with and I feel they care about my progress and goals as an employee. I also feel TradeSTAR is as invested in my future as I am which is great for a company of this size and that is so scattered across the U.S. I plan on staying with TradeSTAR for as long as they will have me. - Upper Management Cares - Opportunity for Growth - Benefits and Commission - Assisting/Bettering People's Lives

Cons

We are in the business of finding people work. People are unpredictable and can be difficult and hard to deal with. This position can be hard (the hours can vary) and not everyone will make it.

Pros

Pay is average. They don't seem very motivated to place people in a suitable environment.

Cons

I've worked for them twice in the Tampa Fl area. I got placed full time with a Tampa company, though I had misgivings about the management of the company. (They prefer the bait and switch approach to honest business) They turned out worse than I saw as a temp to hire. Since then, they got rid of the recruiter I had gone through, who was awesome. Miss her, as I'm back with them, and now the team handling this area doesn't listen to the concerns of the applicants, and it's like dealing with a computer program, with limited response capability. They suck. I'm currently applying to other recruiters as well, since they don't seem up to the task anymore.
