      Pros

      Real 6 figure salary opportunity if you are charismatic and personable on the phone. Overall fun place to work.

      Cons

      No vacation days. High turnover rate. Not a lot of benefits. You cannot be ok or average and survive at this job. You need to be a very talented sales person.
