• Coworkers that really do become family •Great money 1-2 days of the week

Cons

•bad management •bad work to life balance •will be working all holidays and weekends (even out of your availability) •bad benefits • you will not get promoted unless you are a managers favorite, and you must have open availability completely.

Pros

Nice HR there isn’t much else.

Cons

Rude uncaring management. Drama with the girls. The uniforms are constantly being torn. The uniforms are uncomfortable and itchy and the zipper left a mark on my back and many other girls. The tips have only gone down. There isn’t much money to be made right now.

Cool Prizes, good benefits, and the money can be good.

Cons

They do not hold to their mission statement of acknowledging their employees as their greatest assets or treating them like family, at least not any kind of family I would want to be a part of. It is organized chaos on every shift at best. They do not enforce many of the policies in the handbook except for ones regarding attendance and cell phone use. Expect to be bullied by management and other team members, expect for the standards to continually change at a moment's notice and to be reprimanded for not following made up expectations that are not communicated. Do not expect them to desire for you to have a healthy work/home life balance or for them to care about what life changing you may be experiencing outside of work.
