However, we are deeply concerned about the issues you raised regarding management, work-life balance, scheduling, benefits, and promotion practices. We sincerely apologize for any negative experiences you may have had in these areas.
1.Management: We take concerns about management seriously and are dedicated to ensuring that our leadership team supports and respects all employees. We will review your feedback to identify areas where we can improve our management practices.
2. Work-Life Balance and Scheduling: We understand the importance of work-life balance and regret that you found it challenging to maintain. We are reviewing our scheduling policies to better accommodate employees' availability and personal commitments, especially during holidays and weekends. Unfortunately, we are limited in offering weekends and holidays off since we are a 365-day, 24-hour business in the world's largest casino.
3. Benefits: We recognize that competitive benefits are crucial for our employees' well-being and job satisfaction. Our current benefits are low deductible plans with a low premium under $40.00 per check for employee-only coverage.
4. Promotion Practices: Promotions should be based on merit and performance, not favoritism. We are committed to providing equal opportunities for advancement to all employees and will address any inconsistencies in our promotion process.
