Pros

The collective team values makes coming to work so rewarding. If you are struggling with work or personal issues, I know I have the backing of the team and wider organisation from top down. Trailight has a great work life balance, with the ability to work from home when you need to. As it's a smaller company there is room to grow and move into different areas when they come up.

Cons

Benefits package is limited but the work life balance out weighs this in my opinion.

Pros

Trailight is a very welcoming company, where you will work closely with your team. Most of the people you will work with are incredibly friendly and fun to work with. You will have the opportunity to provide creative and constructive input in the work that you do.

Cons

Historically, some personalities within the company have caused problems with team morale. Having a personal stake in projects has been difficult and creativity could be stifled. I am led to believe that improvements have been made over time and this may no longer be the case. As neurodivergent, I also found that staff awareness of people’s differences varied and that reasonable adjustments could not be made consistently across the company. My line manager was fantastic in trying to accommodate for my differences but I found it difficult to adjust even the simplest team-practices.
