      A lot of kind people.

      Cons

      Poor leadership Lack of vision Pay is below industry standard Lot of "yes" people Will not champion individual contributions. They will take any ideas you might have and call them theirs and disavow your contribution. Lack of communication (none)between the CEO and the Design department. You will not do best in class work here. the work advertised is extremely different that what you'll actually be doing. Avoid this place.

      The people at Traina are amazing. Talented, smart and collaborative group. It's these people that make it worth working here. However many of them are gone now.

      Cons

      Leadership unfortunately doesn't know how to manage a business and know how to inspire a team. They like yes people only and people who keep their head down and don't want change. Pay is also super low here and they don't care about loyalty to the employees. Unfortunate but I can't recommend this place.

      A Small Agency Environment with Big Agency Designers, Clients, and Projects

      Pros

      Working as a Project Manager at Traina Design was a challenging yet rewarding experience. I learned so much while working here and would recommend this agency to any project manager looking to oversee high level projects, while still enjoying all of the perks that come with a small agency (for example, people actually remember your birthday and congratulate you when a project goes well!). This is a friendly, team-centric environment, made up of people who genuinely love what they do, and care for one another. Not only that, the CEO is extremely kind, warm, and transparent with his employees about the how the agency is doing, and is always open to brainstorming new ideas on how to achieve goals, which don't only include those of the agency, but those involved in your own professional development as well.

      I don't have any negative comments to add about my time at Traina Design.
