Clueless managers and leads have formed a useless old boys' club who spend all their time discussing useless process and empty buzzwords. The old boys club keeps expanding. Endless meetings about 'culture of excellence' and 'values' but the reality is a far cry from it: backward technology, poor technical advisory, old lesson content copied straight from the internet, inefficiencies, bullying, lying, abuse dishonesty etc. Any attempt or suggestions to address issues is seen as a personal attack and is met with vindictiveness by the old boys club.
