the potential may be solid- but there are more organized companies in this space

Cons

lot's of promise, with no follow through. I suspect the rave reviews are done by the owner and his family.

I have been working with TrainingPros for almost 9 years now and I couldn't be happier. Pros: No micro managing going on here. Flexibility, respect for work/life balance, a strong desire to retain staff, acknowledgement and a show of appreciation from the top for the smallest of things.

Cons

Being 100% virtual which can make creating workplace friendships difficult

Top notch organization with a sincere management commitment that wants to see the success of both employees and clients. Absolutely no corporate politics, minimum amount of corporate "bureaucracy", and has a mindset of doing what it takes to succeed in a positive manner. TrainingPros exemplifies the philosophy that if our clients are successful, it will be successful. In my 40 year working career, the management of TrainingPros is the best I have ever been involved with.

No cons that I can think of (other than, if you're not comfortable with 100% control of your own financial performance)
