Pros

Great culture. Great engineers. Respect for engineering. Flat hierarchy - everyone is heard. Lovely people. When I got my first big job there the founder came over and helped me set up my laptop. The founders didn't make that much more than me even though they had put over a decade of blood, sweat and tears into the company and it was my first real job. I really respected the management and happily worked hard for them. Our "scrum master" was a really competent manager and also a very capable coder who could get in the weeds with us but also really nail estimates and set expectations perfectly.

Cons

Transgaming had a short runway so we knew it was a gamble when we started. We worked hard but didn't quite make it to the promised land. It's not the kind of place where you can sit and produce nothing for 20 years and collect a paycheck - you hustle to make a great product and even then luck might not be on your side.

Cons

The benefits package could be a little better
