I have been an employee at Transpak for several years and without a doubt, their culture and values are second to none. TP employs teams of respectable who want to be a part of something greater--incredible benefits, incentives, and opportunities for growth anywhere in the org. This company is a place where everybody is part of the family and invest in your success, truly special!

Good benefits Great office environment if you make friends easily.
Cons
Little to no accountability with other departments. (Production, billing, sales & customer service) Management was never clear on what they actually wanted. New procedures were constantly put in place. You could do everything they ask and even have it in writing but it’d be undermined to please another department. Very little incentive and opportunities to grow.
