      This is the poster child of how not to run claim department

      From top down the worst work environment I have ever worked at - management is incompetent and hires friends and family - workloads distributed unfairly

      Work-life balance is quite good, usually people work 9-5 but no flexible hours allowed. The benefits are generous in general (pensions, healthcare etc)

      Cons

      Nepotism is very evident, different rules for different people. It’s all about who you know and who you get on with. Senior management is very detached.

      Good benefits from the company

      Cons

      Poor team morale. No progression opportunities. Managers have no idea what their doing in the technical accounts team. Individual promoted within team to AVP for no reason. Senior management only listen to this invidiual when making decisions. This individual goes behind people's backs within the team and critizies them for personal gain. If you are not liked by this individual you will be fired. High turnover due to this one person bringing the team down.
