I got called about a great job opportunity and was told to send them my resume. I was told they felt great about me for this position. I was supposed to get a follow up email and phone call. No one ever contacted me and wouldn't return my emails nor phone calls. They are very unprofessional.

TransTech has overall been quite a let down. I did not experienced the "family culture" that they claim to have. There is constant disagreement between sales and recruiting and there are very few jobs to work on. KPSs are extremely challenging, especially for this industry. If your performance does not meet their expectations you will be let go.
