      The worst company I have ever worked

      Pros

      You can take your own decisions, open for innovative ideas, can learn new stuffs BUT

      Cons

      Management always insults employees, No motivation, Money minded, No proper increments, Few senior employees staying for years and know nothing about tech gives lecture on technology, No proper administration and decision making capacity.

      Beware! Read offer letter carefully! They charge you bomb if you want to leave before 2 years

      Pros

      Startup - Everyone works under pressure. You can learn a lot.

      Cons

      - First, read the offer letter properly before joining the company. It's 2 years bond and 3 months' notice. The probation period is not included while calculating 2 years. You can pay and come out of the company but it's not basic pay, it's your entire 3 months salary. - CEO interferes in everything, most of the time he de-motivates the employees. - Senior employees show attitude. - Strict office hours, If one comes half an hour late, half-day salary cut. - Strict dress code. - Saturday is a working day. - They give lot of trouble when one leaves the company. Irrespective of how well you contributed to the company. - No moral ethics. - No proper leave policy.

      Pros

      People who honestly work with efforts are very well respected. People who doesn't want to work and want some manipulation are not appreciated. Only those people don't like this company. Management always helps and no egos . Specialized digital payments technology . Never delayed the salary not even one day. Strictly follows govt rules , HR policies, Leaves . Always shows empathy on employees. Asks to follow timings and policies to be successful.

      Cons

      Salaries are not comparable to MNC. Strictly follows the rules. Asks everybody to put the efforts and wanted them to learn.
