      Good product and has good clients

      Cons

      bad work life balance, you will end up working for 12-14 hours and on weekends too, no diversity at workplace, no employee benefit programs, less number of leaves.

      -Huge support from the leadership and continuous learning and growth, so far I'm getting plenty of help to learn and progress - Transparent and employee friendly policies and definitely competent compensation and other perks - Flat hierarchies and irrespective of your tenure, you can reach out to anyone in the organization and share your ideas/concerns - Super collaborative colleagues - Encourages new talent and gives equal opportunities to 'Potential Resources'

      Pros

      Exciting product to get your hands on Cycle of modules were perfectly designed for the execution. Lots of things to learn and get your experience of financial services. The on site team and the clients were extremely good. Got the best people and great mentors in the journey. Nice views from the building tho

      They are not ready to take the opinion of the employee. Company basically believes that it is always right and not open to feedback Trusting the people who have been from the start rather than people who work for the company.
