      Total scam company. Consider this review, and the other bad ones as a big red flag. Employees are forced to write positive reviews to mitigate the bad ones. They also change their name every few months to avoid people finding out how bad of a company they are. (previous names: marketing on 6th, Omni 8) Compensation is extremely low and based solely on commissions. Advice to you reading this review, you are worth much more than to work at a company like this, take your time to look for other work, it will be better than to work here.

      Entertaining Experience had a few laughs, ended up losing money

      Co-workers are pretty friendly, and have cool personalities.

      Cons

      Huge red flags opened up to me around the first week of work. For one the pay is next to nothing, entry level position makes around $70 a day plus commission from sales. The commission part is total bogus, it's not enough, you won't make enough money to make back money for gas, and other expenses. This is a joke of a company, it has made me grow quite misanthropic. This is a direct marketing job, your intended to probe individuals on the street, about certain products. This was not a great experience towards the field of Business in which I was heading towards. I would elude Transcendent Solutions at all costs. Don't make the same mistake, I did.

      Pros

      I was apart of the Transcendent Solutions team for about 5 months. I met so many great people and learned an incredible amount. The personal growth I saw in myself doesn't compare to any previous position I've held. I really looked at this as a career and not just another job. Unfortunately I had to relocate with my husbands job. Keep up the office guys!

      Berkeley Parking can get our of hand and the people that hang around there is too but that's the city life for you
