      Want to help others avoid a terrible situation

      Pros

      Some intelligent, driven, enjoyable people work here. Benefits and pay are ok.

      Cons

      Leadership refused to listen when confronted with the abusive and unacceptable approach of one of the VPs. This person would berate others, not respect personal or professional boundaries, and expect sales people to work all hours of the night and into the weekends. Disguised as “startup mentality,” this person was emotionally, mentally, and verbally abusive. Most people couldn’t take it and left if they were able to stick it out before they got fired.

      Pros

      Constant dialog across organization, lots of interaction although mostly through Slack, company seems to care about success of team overall. Good opportunities across teams, and company shows that it wants team to grow professionally and financially along with the company. Standard business processes are evolving in a positive direction. Good benefits and unlimited PTO (within reason)

      Cons

      Mostly remote teams make direct interactions challenging at times. Newer company status can lead to periodic heavy workload.
