Pros

Paid on time weekly. Vacation pay.

Cons

Platforms to work on can be cumbersome, making it hard to be productive. Accounts all have different rules. There is a lack of consistency that would be very important to put in a place in a production environment. There is not a lot positive feedback. You hear something when you did something wrong. You end up doing work off the clock to meet production. You are frequently asked to do extra work but provided with no incentive to do so. No overtime is paid. Expectations are high and pay is low. It is difficult to get time off when you need it. There is little room for advancement. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
