Pros

- some big names in the clientele - some of the folks in the overall APAC team are really cool and creative

Cons

- understaffed big time with below-market compensation (not the best combo in my humble opinion) - unstable, have seen regular layoffs and anxious coworkers - no acknowledgement of long hours you put in, worked beyond my job description without any acknowledgement - empathetic from the outside, aggressive from within - worst manager and team I have worked with, passive-aggressive, no skills to grow or manage a team (see other reviews), poor processes or lack of it, unrealistic timelines shared just before the end of the day, self-important behaviour, dated marketing and tech skills, unprofessional, need only yes-man, if they can't convince you with logic will use their position of power to make you agree, - negative office environment due to hidden politics by old folks - overall employee experience is pretty poor

Pros

Remote work On time salary Good Team Members

Cons

1. The company claims to implement changes, but even a simple hiring process takes over three months. 2. There’s a noticeable preference for hiring female candidates over male candidates. 3. While they present the image of a growing business with new clients, the reality is different. In just one year, there have been two silent layoffs, and a week ago, they let go of more than eight employees—including some of the most hardworking ones. 4. There is no work-life balance, no job security, and no structured learning opportunities. 5. The HR department lacks authority and is merely a puppet of upper management. 6. The best they do is to extend your probation period citing various reasons and they will fire you. Happened with many people. Though they say they have resigned as they give two options either to resign or have a termination

Pros

It only looks good from far away!

Cons

Toxic people, they only value the 2-3 people who’ve been working since the beginning in India, rest are just piece of trash to them! At first they’re overly nice to you, but that is literally too good to be true, so do yourselves a favour and don’t go to this place if you don’t want your mind to get ****! And you might feel okay maybe the management from other international teams would help, but no. They won’t.!
