Everything else apart from the free tea/coffee. - Politics - Toxic Environment - Slow growth - Lack of senior resources - Immature and unstable code base - Use outdated software and practices - Forced 9-6 job, doesn't matter if you have any work or not. Sit and look busy if you're free. They count the number of hours you sit on your desk not the actual work you do. Feel free to read a book and pretend you're working while you're at it. - Lack of freedom and lack of any sort of creativity. - Mismanagement. - Misdemeanour/Borderline Harassment of junior employees.
