The manager has always been rude, expects us to be humble while him being rude all the time. No work life balance, no professionalism, unorganized pathetic service management, manager used to threaten me about not approving the OD while I was working from home.. Go on a break, and you have mail waiting to threaten you.. Extend a break, you get a mail waiting to be read from your manager.. Need a leave? He says "sorry, no backup this time"... somebody in the team makes a mistake? All the team members will be receiving a threatening email describing how your job is going to be at risk if this happens again.. unexpected shift changes, the manager used to make us work in night shift for two days and in evening or earlier shift for 3 days, no holidays, no leaves, I had 20+ leaves I never got a chance to utilize, my manager made me beg for a laptop when there was a lockdown and I had to go back to my hometown in emergency, there was no facility, the manager was never supportive towards his team, he expects us to beg infront of users, he expects us to be his slave and obey his own "newly made rules and policies" like slaves, he never spoke on behalf of the team and for the good of the team... And at the end of the story, when I had to put down my papers due to the stress and workload, they had to cheat me with the notice period which was in agreement, i tried to contact HR, but he blocked my number after my manager communicated with him.. I couldn't even have a discussion about the agreement.. All the best... I feel good to be free now...
