Hardly anything pro about it. Blood sucking management, pink slips are a culture of this company.

Cons

Hire and fire policy, no vision for the company, sold out at the hands of a big group. One fi e morning you will get up a d get a pink slip from this company and there is no logic, just ma power cut.Think twice before joining this co, they will take your career 3 to 4 year backwards after you are fired.
