A growing company with incredible potential
Pros
Treasure has lots of startup challenges that you would expect in most place. We all hold ourselves and each other to a very high standard and it shows. The people we've been able to hire are awesome and customers and revenue have been growing at an amazing rate. We really have found something here and have the foundation to make it succeed. The leadership team has a strong growth mindset and is constantly looking for ways to improve everything. In the last year the company has grown so much it's almost unbelievable.
Cons
I don't feel there are persistent cons other than risks inherent in being involved with an early company or startup. The company take a keen interest in solving problems as a member of the leadership team I make a point to take an active role in identifying rooms to improve and addressing them. I would be surprised if people in my organizations would say there are not cons, and I hope to receive that feedback so we can implement solutions that continue to make Treasure a better place!
