Pros
Great people and culture. Strong mgmt team.
Cons
Most people are in the office so it's a challenge to feel like part of the team if you are remote.
Pros
I've never worked at a company that actually takes its values to heart like Treasury4 does. The execs don't hold themselves above the "regular" employees in the fact that we all work together towards a common goal. - Teams are encouraged to work together and help learn and build together - Being a startup, you get the chance to work on a bunch of different items, so your job isn't the same day in, day out. I've learned a ton being able to jump in different projects and work with different groups throughout the company. - The C-Suite has trust for its employees and actually shares information with the team in a very transparent effort to help us grow together - I never feel dumb asking the "dumb" questions. People are supportive and help each other because we all have different strengths and areas of expertise to share and learn from - I have learned A TON from the execs. They are always willing and glad to share info and help you learn. I've specifically learned some good skills about building relationships with vendors and clients, and how to communicate better in different situations with employees and customers. I can't say enough good things about all the things I've learned! - There is a good work/life balance and respect of personal goings-on. In instances where people have been in the hospital or had family emergencies/etc., the first question isn't "When are you going to be back?" or "Ok, but can you make sure this gets done?" it's always making sure the employee is ok and if they need support it any way.
Cons
- Being a Startup, there are always growing pains when you're trying to build a team (which is par for the course). There is not always a way to immediately relieve these issues, but I feel like our teams do the best they can as we grow together and the company grows - Compensation is pretty good, but because of it being a startup, it's not the place to be if you're only in it for the money
Pros
Communication and collaboration valued Amazing office that makes going to work enjoyable Trust and transparency from leadership A supportive and inclusive environment where every employee feels values and respected, Steve Helmbrecht, CEO and all of the leadership team have an open door policy and make us all feel celebrated because of our hard work. Opportunity for growth, career advancement and learning. Work-life balance, flexibility, remote work options and policies that support personal well-being. Love it here, I'm totally in on my purpose and part in the vision.
Cons
I wish I would of applied sooner.
