      Pros

      I worked at TrekkSoft for multiple years in the Sales team. The company went through a huge restructuring since I started, with a lot of positive improvements. Management cares about their teams and customers, the work environment is nice and employees are given responsibility and trust. There is always an opportunity to grow, learn, take on new responsibilities. Proactive and passionate individuals can go a long way. You need to be ready to adapt to a fast moving environment, be flexible and cope with change. If you are looking for a team of young professionals working towards a common goal; if you are hands-on and not scared of embracing change and take on new responsibilities TrekkSoft can be a great experience for your career and your life.

      Cons

      Sadly, due to the nature of the business, (tour and activity sector) TrekkSoft was deeply affected by covid. The market and the company are recovering slowly but steadily.
