      Work from office is not mandatory.

      Cons

      Trellix formed with the merger of McAfee & FireEye. New leadership messed up everything. There is no hope left for Trellix now. Layoffs happening every month at all levels since last one year. No leadership. No vision. Shrinking customer base. Compensation is not as per market standards. Freezed promotions, hikes. No growth at all. Don't join Trellix, even if you are offered a good role or high compensation. It's sinking ship. All recent 5 / 4 star reviews seems fake. Be aware before you trust them.

      Work from office is not mandatory. Salary is market standards

      Cons

      Layoffs are happening every month...at all levels. Even a Junior 2-3 yrs experienced employee is not safe from layoffs. The company is in Loss and doing cost cutting by shunting. Atmosphere of fear makes it very difficult to foxus on work. FireEye was once a great company to work for... Trellix is nowhere close to it now

      Management is not sure of next action plan. They layoff people every month infact every week sometimes.
