      turned over to kids and family friends that have little to no experience in oil or working for a large company

      Thank you for your post. Trendsetter has not lost any Executive Team Leaders so I am not sure if this was an actual employee. The company is still owned by the original founder whom is the CEO and Chairman of the Board.
