      - Non professional atmosphere and behaviors of the management as well as employee - Exploit employees and clients - No understanding of industry into top management - No departmentalization and standardization in the company, no processes are being followed, no hierarchy

      Good salary. Significant medical, dental, vision, 401k, HSA, and profit-sharing benefits. Flexible time off. Flexible work remote options. Good bonuses.

      Cons

      If you were in Editorial the manager was a bit of a hot head. It took him 3 years to accept remote work and had trust issues. All other departments were happy with great managers.
