Mentor management style and continued support provides for growth and complete overall job satisfaction. TCD does an exceptional job creating a great work/office cultural and truly promotes the work life balance.

      I sincerely appreciate the value TriCelta places on each of its employees. My contribution is valued and I feel valued in turn. TCD recognizes the improtance of work/life balance by encouraging efficientcy and implementation of technology. In my role I've been challenged and supported allowing me to develop new skills.

      Cons

      Working towards a deadline can always be stressful. I have confronted a few deadlines within my role at TCD; however, I was never left unsupported or without the necessary resources to complete time-sensitive projects.
