      Pros

      Very nice co-workers to learn from and work with. I liked working with good people, there are still good people in there but for how long I don't know.

      Cons

      No budget, poor pay. Expected to give more and more, but in return not even a sincere thanks. Too much fakeness. Cutting costs is not just about numbers. When you don't hire, you need to think about how the work needs to be reduced. Management levels only think to reduce headcount but keep increase workload.
