The team I was with was good and my immediate manager was great.

Cons

Corporate thinks everyone is an idiot. If you were not hired by the new regime you don't stand a chance. They don't promote from within, because they always assume there is someone better. Hard work is not recognized. Lazy people in charge take all the credit for any success and will throw you under the bus immediately.

Some good folks but they get laid off very quickly.

Cons

Operations is a mess. Clueless leadership lays off entire markets at a time, resulting in employees performing a walk-out. They have no problem firing the most dedicated employees and will overwork you without remorse.
