      Has a lot of work to do on treating its employees correctly

      Pros

      Good experience, ability to move into other positions, laid back environment, a growing company. Hires lots of entry-level employees and gives many a chance.

      Cons

      Bad salary, low vacation days, no sick days, insurance minimal, takes advantage of employees, does not treat employees like human beings, overworks employees

      Supervisors are easy to work with

      Cons

      Just about everything. Upper management does not listen to front line employees, you are expected to work on your vacation, HR requires you to give them your cell number, no 401k match, expensive health benefits, excessive overtime, people are overworked then fired for the first mistake
