Pros

Managers who truly care about the product and their staff. Supportive environment Great working culture and values within all the staff.

Cons

Small business so there's only so far you can go. Having said that, if you're enthusiastic, management will always encourage you in where you want to go.

Pros

Family vibe, open to new directions, gives you as much rope as your ability and your work ethic dictates. There has been a suggestion on here that it is a 'failing company' but the truth is anything but. 8 new hires in the last year (of which I am one), a customer base that has a 100% satisfaction rating, new, exciting directions coming in the future with an equally exciting new vision. I can honestly say this is the best job I have ever had and the best company I have ever worked for.

Cons

It is a smaller company and can be difficult competing with bigger organisations.

Pros

Great people, feels like a family

Cons

Company puts too much pressure on employee's when it's failing and has no money. MD is impulsive and gets bored of his own ideas within a few months No real career route Some of the team shouldn't have a job! They have no idea what they are doing, some are lazy and don't care. They make you feel like they are looking after you but they're not. One of Directors is a micromanager, the other expects you to know everything. No salary reviews
