Pros
- The team at Tribe is a typical SV young but talented team. Everyone is very driven and full of energy - Co-founders and management are not only nurturing but also willing to listen and open to new ideas - Work hard play hard is definitely one of the company cultures
Cons
- Not a small nor a big company, thus there is still a fairly steep learning curve to get to the next stage

- Everyone at the company is awesome, including the co-founders. A great group of people to work with and they encourage company/team bonding. - There's room to grow and a lot of opportunity to make your role your own - They work with some really great clients and have a great reputation in the beauty and fashion industries
Cons
- Growing pains of small company. If you like a structured more corporate environment, Tribe likely isn't for you. - Things can change quickly. You need to be flexible and like to roll with the punches.
