Free snacks and drinks Work from home opportunities.

Cons

Terrible pay for the amount of work. Not enough senior staff, felt like I had more apprentices on my team than actual staff. On call rota with no allowance or pay. Office located in the middle of no where.

Colleagues are very friendly, some good benefits like health care and life insurance.

Cons

Management obsessed with stats, not actual staff. Little communication across departments and almost no time for 1 to 1 development other than a box ticking appraisal each year.
