      Pros

      The office atmosphere is approximately 72 degrees year-long, parking lot is kept very clean, hand dispensers provided at time clocks.

      Cons

      Performance reviews are non-existent. The costs of the soda pop at the breakroom was increased from fifty cents to seventy fice cents.

      It's a family owned business. The owners work very hard and treat their employees fairly. They are innovative and looking to advance.

      Cons

      At times, the owner can be a challenge to deal with. He is, however, aware of his shortcomings and strives to improve. He has many excellent qualities as well.
