Pros

The benefits are decent and that’s about it.

Cons

Poor management all around, general manager does not treat employees with disrespect, terrible communication, they underpay warehouse employees severely, sexual harassment going under the radar.

Group Think meets Cruel Intentions

Pros

Having a paycheck was the only pro for me.

Cons

Like another reviewer posted, it is everything you find in the High School environment. If you've seen the movies Cruel Intentions and Mean Girls, you will see the same type of manipulation, surveilling, gas-lighting, mental and verbal abuse disguised with smiles and jokes at this place. Amazing that anyone's conscience can fall in line with this. Group think prevails here.

Pros

Decent pay, some co-workers are decent.

Cons

Petty, cliques and favoritism and that's just the men. If you are not a "cool-kid" you can forget it. I've never seen a group of "men" that are so insecure and petty, outside of high school. Communication is non-existent. The so called HR woman is HORRENDOUS! She has no idea what confidentiality is. The culture is toxic. Expected to work on vacation and when sick. No work life balance. No retirement unless you plan to stay for 10 plus years. Managers do not care about the people, they care about the work. It's hard to invest yourself in a culture like that.
