Cons
1. They are deducting Rs 666 every month from your CTC for the bonus on Diwali. Great idea :) clap If you leave company in-between then they will not give that amount. Then why this amount is part of CTC. No one wants bonus like this. 2. The amazing In out system in the office. sometimes you feel like I'm coming office for managing my In Out entries or I'm here for work. 3. Management always supports TLs whether they are right or wrong. Because, as per the management thinking, if developer leave we will hire another one. what is the big deal? TL is important for us. 4. Some of the TL need training for how to talk in a professional environment. Some this they talk like an uneducated person. 5. Forget about the appreciation. No one will appreciate you for your work. They behave like this is your work. What you did new in this.
