Pros

It is hard to think of a positive comment except that the company taught me what type of environment I never want to work in again. It has made me a better manager because I have experienced working for toxic management that causes conflict/chaos and destroys their team's relationships.

Cons

Trinitas at first seems like a welcoming place with great company values. As you work longer, you learn that jobs are not based on Merit, gossip is always present often coming from upper management, diversity is not appreciated with employees being expected to fit a mold or be released, promotions are very political and who is "liked" by upper management versus who completes the work, open and honest communication is non-existent but you will hear executive teams comments about you through the gossip/rumors or even better published recorded meetings. It is a very toxic environment.

Pros

Standard Market Pay, PTO package, health benefits.

Cons

1) The corporate team are a nightmare. Hours of teams meetings scheduled daily to with no real agenda. None have worked at a property for over a decade and have zero understanding how modern students operate. 2) Outsourcing your leads to international companies is one way to fill beds. The other way is fixing a broken product and repairing your reputation amongst a weary demographic. This company focuses on the bottom line and the bottom line only. A strong focus on disregarding genuine concerns both from a consumer and producer standpoint. 3) Expectations are unrealistic. No support provided when corporate plans backfire. You are set up to fail and forced to go through extensive questioning on why leases are not showing up regularly. The answer is your reputation, plain and simple. 4) The company is riddled with highly unethical and untrustworthy individuals. Keep an eye on corporate members tonality. This company culture is based on cliques and popularity.

Expect Whiplash from Company Changes

Pros

Good starter company but not recommended for a long term career

Cons

If you’re looking for underwhelming pay, overly Christian owners who force their religion into the work place, extreme changes in company policies and roles with little to no notice, and no opportunity for growth then this is your place! This company has a horrible track record for neglecting their current employees regardless of tenure or experience and ONLY hires externally. Personally witnessed employees being denied over and over again for roles they were more than qualified for because they did “too good of a job” in their current role to move up. And then those people who are denied roles are required to hire the person that is supposedly more qualified for the position than them. To my knowledge, there has only ever been one employee to be promoted from a property site level employee to a corporate position. Most of the employees in “Executive” positions couldn’t even tell you the first thing about how the properties are actually ran or what software systems are used. The company makes drastic changes to policies and chain of command that only hurts the properties and employees under them. The employee turnover rate is the highest I have ever seen before. Save yourself the trouble of having to update your resume a month after starting and find another company!
