This is the worst place I have ever work and I have never seen a company with such a high turn over , the only people that stay in the job are people that have never worked in a decent company so they don’t know any different or else they are in the “click” with upper management Some departments have absolutely no leadership and people are left to their own devices .its a genuine good old boys club and if your not in it good luck , your suggestions with be undermined by a email behind your back to the manager .this company has no future. Constant meetings talking about the same issues over and over again .When a good supervisor comes in with good experience and tries to make improvements they are usually just brick walled by upper management.

Upper management is completely clueless, especially in the Kansas City Plant. The Plant manager is incapable of listening and understanding what he hears. Continually plows through with some half baked ideas without understanding what the employees are trying to tell him.
