1. Good facilities - Is the only one plus point of this company. 2. You will learn politics 3. You will learn to get promotion without working hard.

Cons

1. No road map 2. Too much politics 3. If you want good hike and promotion then make friendship with managers 4. To much groupism 5. Zero technical knowledge 6. All managers was working like Gangsters, protecting fellow gang members.

Split week offs, no swap overall the floor..can swap only within team, management is average, No SME for support, back to back calls and chats without ACW (AFTER CALL WORK)
