The Job profile is horrible, I would say " Just spamming to people inbox". The Job responsibility is to sell details Like Contact Name, Email ID, Company address etc by saying it is a lead. During my tenure I did Copy, paste job. Pull all the data from internet and doing bulk mailing. Those who are looking for career this is not a place for you. YOu will end in pasting data till you die. Don't think about hike and you will feel all these things after 1 or 2 months.
