Regional Managers not trained, some arrogant and underskilled
Constant top-driven new priorities, but never sustain (just move on to the next shiny thing)
RDC's and Distribution are a mess, constant customer letdowns
Management was NOT professional. They needed training or better yet they needed to be leaders.
Unprofessional and not accountable for anything.
