Pros
There is close to no interview process. If you are called for a panel interview, it is almost guaranteed that you will be hired. High on diversity. Friendly employees. Store room filled with Costco goodies. Unlimited paid leaves. Open desk enviroment. Even CEO is easily accessible.
Cons
Hire and fire culture. High stress environment. The fact that no background checks are done for any candidate before being hired is a cause of concern. You can see that employees are not valued in general. It is a culture where talent wont thrive. Culture of secrecy and holding off the information is portrayed by someone at higher level. There is close to no avenues for personal development. Compensation benefits are close to nothing and pay is below average. No 401K match. Average health benefits and nothing else. Management sells unlimited paid leaves but that is because they are compensating for 'no work from home policy.' Company called employees on site even during pandemic in 2020.
