1. No glass ceiling: Take as many responsibilities as you want. Choose from the projects, and work on what you want. Learn and grow exponentially. 2. A-Team: Fantastic team to work with. No politics. People really care about each other. 3. Flat Hierarchy: Everyone is reachable, even the co-founders. 4. HR Team: Parth is amazing. He is very empathetic and helpful. 5. No false promises: Everything that was promised was delivered.

Cons

Not for people who just want to chill and take it easy. You will have to keep up with the growth of the organization.
