Absurdly driven by profits to a discusting level

Amount of paid time off is good

Because of how badly it is profit driven: - No chance of changing clients but they will hire new people for your same role with other clients instead of even considering you. - If they loose your current client, you are 99% likely to be fired quickly. - No salary adjustments despite many years working with the same starting salary. - No growth opportunities. - Computer given is low end. - No performance bonus or any bonus at all. - Won't pay your remaining earned PTO after you are fired or you leave.
