Pros
No doubt i had good leaning working in this company i learnt a lot as an company mnc only but i faced discrimination i understand if the company is not performing well or any xyz reason they have to layoff there employess but me and my coworker got promoted 2 months before to for a new process while i was in training for 2 months when i shifted to floor and started working they laid me off without seeing my performance or anything and on the other hand my coworker (she) was there and still working like you talk so much for diversity ethics , no discrimination,

Worst mangement, worst managers, just. Waste of time
