Plenty of shifts/hours, good coworkers, good pay, trying to make improvements, nice building, nice equipment, lots of agency nurses and techs, middle management seems to be trying to improve working conditions for staff and living conditions for patients
Cons
Administration is checked out from lower level staff, building is dirty, frequently missing items such as meds or snacks, nurses/techs can't use chairs, communication with doctors is poor-leads to patient harm, minimal support

Overtime always available because they can’t keep a full or consistent staff.
Cons
New CNO does not care about staff or patient safety, unprofessional management, unsafe staffing ratios, low pay for the amount of work expected, entire hospital is filthy due to lack of EVS/Housekeeping-it really is a health hazard it’s so bad.
