      Pros

      The retail teams are great. Everyone has great ideas, is ambitious and wants to better the industry. It's like family You met some amazing people everyday, fulfilling to help others everyday Discount is ok, product is mediocre but beggars can't be choosers

      Cons

      Higher-ups have no concern for the industry, community, or lower employees You're expendale if you question things Despite being one of the biggest dispensaries in town, you get paid the least and treated even less Sweeps sexual harassment and most employee issues under the rug because it's not there problem. Tells you how much they care when they do nothing to actually help Sketchy business practices in general

      None for me. Employee discounts on weed.

      Cons

      Too many to list them all. Leadership and management are ineffective and more interested in rubbing elbows with celebrities then running a business the infighting is horrible. There is no trust and no loyalty or appreciation of any employees at any level. Their turnover is indicative of the lack of ability to run a business properly. But then again they are drug dealers.

      They are so many to chose from. They target employees they don't like. There is no room for advancement. They brush sexual harassment under the rug to cover themselves . And use your material against you to make it seem you are at fault. They have clicks favorites it's like being back in High School. Very toxic environment. Don't recommend. They have a lot of Karma coming their way.
